The Home Credit Center provides you with an Online Account for you to track your results and analyze your situation.

Your account includes detailed information on each account we are working on with interactive tools to ensure that we fully understand your credit history, current situation, long and short-term credit goals, and give you time to tell us your specific concerns.

Once you have completed this application process you will be able to log on to http://myaccount.homecreditcenter.com *. If you enrolled as a couple, you will need to sign in separately. If you have any trouble logging in, please call our office toll free at 1-877-238-6190.

A. Once you are logged in, the first thing we need for you to do is, fill out the Interviewer™. The Interviewer™ is a simple form for you to complete, please have your credit report available. Once complete, we will be able to use the information to begin drafting unique documents (not form letters) to send to the necessary creditors, collections agencies, courthouses or public record providers, and credit reporting agencies, depending on your personal situation. (See the Brief Overview in this package for more information.)

B. The On-line Client Section will also allow you to monitor the correction and deletion of negative inaccurate unverifiable and incomplete information from your credit reports. The Results Tracker™ allows you to instantly access the current status of your account. Within the Results Tracker™, each account will be listed with details of what is happening and when it is removed or updated. You will be able to check this at any time after you have sent the office the first set of updated credit reports you received from the credit bureaus.

C. Questions about your account, including billing, can also be answered once you are logged in. The On-line Client Section allows you to send an email to the appropriate counselor, simply by clicking on the Contact a Counselor link.

D. As each step in the credit repair process is completed we will e-mail you a status update letting you know that a step was completed and what and when to expect updated reports.
